The Integrated Tote Mixer (ITM) line of mixers is the result of years of designing mixers for unique tote applications. Originally, the ITM evolved as a result of a need for a paint mixer in the automotive paint market. This paint agitator needed to address the unique demands of paint mixing in a Stainless Steel Tote. Soon, industries outside the paint mixer market began to benefit from mixing totes with the ITM design.
The challenges facing Paint Mixers are the same for many other industries; providing uniformity. Because of the success of the ITM it has evolved from being a mixer for Stainless Steel Totes to a mixer for Plastic totes as well.
Dynamic Drive Coupling
ITM’s innovative design allows you to easily re-configure the unit by mixing and matching the drive and agitator segments. This means that you can use the same mixer drive across multiple totes or applications. Because the two components are designed to attach and detach without using tools or brackets, you can now assemble exactly the mixer that your process needs in seconds.

Plastic tote mixers are a new class of mixer which are made possible by several Dynamix Innovations. Our Impeller technology, Mixer Mount and Coupling has enabled the plastic tote mixer to become a key quality control tool.
The ITM Plastic Tote Mixer is part of the evolution from Stainless Steel Totes to Plastic Totes in many industries. Our experience with plastic tote mixers began with Stainless Steel Tote Mixers for the Automotive Industry. This unique focus and experience evolved into the Plastic Tote Mixer as a result of the demand for Quality Mixing in Plastic Totes.
Whether you are using Rotationally Molded Plastic Totes, or Blow Molded Plastic Totes the Dynamix Tote Mixer line can be selected and applied for your process.
4 Blade Collapsible Impellers: Our 4 Bladed Collapsible Impellers enter through the small openings of the plastic tote. These impellers expand during mixing and collapse after for easy removal. This ensures that the correct type of mixing quality will be achieved.

Motors HP Range: ¼ to 2. Air, electric, variable speed, explosion-proof and more.
Gear Reduction: Direct, 5:1, 10:1, 21:1. Low RPM mixing with substantial torque available.
Mounting: Integrated Tote Mount (ITM), Bridge or Stainless Steel Drum Lid. Mounting suits all major brands of plastic totes.
4 Bladed Collapsible Impellers: Available in Dynaflow, Pitch and Radial types to ensure quality mixing.
Stainless Steel Tote Tanks
The Dynamix Industrial Stainless Steel Tote tank mixers enable portable quality control for your product. Originally designed for the Automotive Industry the ITM Industrial Stainless Steel Tote Tank Mixer is increasingly applied in new industries to increase quality control and economies of scale. Often when batches are too small for processing in a large steel tank, the ITM for steel totes can be used to make small batch processing possible.
The ITM Steel Tank mixer is configured with several Dynamix innovations, but most important is our knowledge of mixing challenges unique to steel tank or steel totes.
Steel Totes of all Volumes and Geometry can be mixed by our ITM Line of Industrial Steel Tank Mixers.
These unique mixers are a response to a need for increased quality control in chemical mixing and re-suspending, as well as flexibility in chemical product supply. We believe that quality chemical mixing does not stop with large industrial tank mixers and process mixers.
By Engineering the ITM to suit your chemical process the ITM can become an integral part of your product quality control.
